Each product page features a detailed size guide including measurements for bust, waist, and hip. Since ethnic wear fits vary by silhouette, we recommend comparing your body measurements against our chart before ordering.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags intact. Please note that customized or altered outfits are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my ethnic wear garments?
Most of our hand-embroidered and silk garments require professional dry cleaning to maintain their luster. For cotton everyday wear, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our ethnic collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at the checkout page.
Can I request custom tailoring for my order?
Currently, we provide pre-stitched standard sizes. However, many of our lehengas and suits come with additional margins inside to allow for minor local alterations if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
