We want you to feel beautiful in our ethnic wear, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Carefully fold the ethnic garment and place it in its original box with all accessories, including dupattas, belts, and tags intact.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
